Reasonable charge?

Someone has just replaced my outside tap. Took all of 15 minutes plus new tap. £75.60 he has charged .... does that sound OK? I'll will pay it.... but just wondering.

Around here, IMO the ULEZ charge of £12 a day has resulted in some tradesmen putting their charges up. The young gardener who does our communal areas raised his hourly charge, since he’d had to replace his non-compliant van with a newer one.

I dare say quite a few self employed tradesmen will have done the same.
