Recommendations for neck friendly pillows?

I'd really like a firm supportive pillow - that doesn't go flat after a few months use. I've pulled something or other top of shoulder.neck and I'm prepared to pay a reasonable amount out for this comfort.
(where you can lie on your side as well as back.)

As regards this: anyone tried the Silent Night one as its advertised.

I''ll hold that idea in reserve, I can imagine what you mean by the moulding to your shape bit and it staying put.

I have arthritis in my neck, and I get painful shoulders (years of nursing and manual handling 🙄), the buckwheat pillow is the only one that’s ever been effective. I hope you find a solution very soon, I can completely commiserate with your situation x
