We eat at our local Spoons fairly regularly. It’s immaculate, tables wiped clean as soon as customers leave. The food is always good and there are healthier choices available on the menu - jacket potato with Mediterranean vegetables is lovely and you can add extras (chicken etc) if you wish.
My DH has just stayed at one of their hotels for the second time and couldn’t fault it.
