I love Gardeners’ World, but quite often I’d like to return to a specific part. So, I don’t delete the episode, but I just never go back to find out why I kept it. I’d love to be able to annotate the heading. It’s called a smart tv, I would only annotate mine, not anyone else’s, but as yet I can’t. Probably by the time technology permits me to use my tv as I would a computer I’ll be too old to remember what I wanted to remember. So for now it’s just scrappy bits of paper. Poor, sad old me.

To be able to have a tracker on hearing aids. I wear privately bought hearing aids which aren't cheap and later lost one. After much searching I ended up paying for a replacement and the day I collected the new one, I found the 'lost' one.

I wish tech would evolve to eliminate the reqirement for almost everything to need one of those irritating QR Codes.

Criminals, I'm sure, think they're one of the very best means of harvesting all the data needed to access your bank account judging by the horror stories of very authentic looking - but fake - codes popping up all over the place.

I'm so with you on this!

Tech that could instantly feed me a razor sharp response when I’m left speechless by someone’s rudeness. It’s so frustrating when I think of it hours later!
In the meantime the gardening bot would be so useful.

Stop nightmares or in my case, stop those dreams I have of my husband being part of our family he was taken from at a young age. Those are the worst kind of dreams IMHO.

This is an invention that is very much needed. (I wonder how many hours in one's life is spent looking for things we've misplaced?)

A drone hovering a yard behind DH putting things back where he found them, shutting doors and drawers and remembering where he left the mole wrench, big screwdriver, elctrical screwdriver etc.

I’d be very pleased to have one of those, too grin

LindaPat a bit like the Shazam App for music that I use all the time. When ever I am in a shop or listening to the radio or TV, anywhere where I hear a snatch of music I like I Shazam it to find out what the music is and by who. Then later I go to my Echo dot (Alexa )and ask her to play it. It would be great if you could just point your camera on your mobile at the actor on TV and an App could give you all the information instantly.

I'd like an Indian Head Massage machine to relax me at bedtime, then hopefully I'd get some quality sleep!

I would like to go back in time and watch all the great sitcoms again as if they were new.

I fervently wish that technology was such that I could buy a one-off T Shirt or listen to Classic FM - without having to create yet another account or download another App.

OK, vented my frustration. And, yes - I know why they demand this. I also know that in spite of requesting no further notifications they will send them anyway, or sell on my data...

A time/travel machine. So when you are on holiday and ready to go home, you could simply summon the machine and be transported home within seconds.

Oh yes, I've often thought that.
Pop over to visit family for the weekend then time travel back. It takes a weekend to reach them at the moment!

M0nica 😂
Yes please, one of those too!

What is so difficult about shutting drawers and doors? It seems strange because the contents of DH's cupboards and drawers are quite tidy and well-organised.
It took 40 years of marriage and various suggestions for him to be able to find his keys. Apparently the DC and I spent years putting them 'somewhere'. 🙄

Ah I would just like the Tardis appear for real and remove Trump and never bring him back . (Well if not perhaps the old Daleks with their Exterminate Exterminate could do the job!)

Oh well to something that might turn up . A jar opener that really works in less that 5 minutes!!

I inherited one similar to this from MIL, Madeleine and it does work. She probably bought it from Betterware or some similar company. The one in the picture is Brabantia.
There are other, more modern ones available.

A washing machine that also does the ironing and presents you with a neat folded pile of freshly laundered clothes.

Clean the gutters, clean the windows. A nice little circular thing that swoops over the roof with a mop!
Oh, an automatic weeder that discriminates between good plants and weeds.

Hearing aids with trackers are available, if you're willing to pay the price.

I am sure I have seen this facility on one of the channels like Disney + or Nat Geo. I will try to remember to look.

In order
1. AI that would always and automatically destroy any object that involves bombs, etc. harmlessly.
2. Instantaneous travel (eg: as on Star Trek
3 Any public speaker saying lies made dumb (just for that speech). Would also include inability to write such lies also
4. weather control
5. Star Trek type machine for Food/Drink.
