I have just read about the matador injuries they made me shudder.
The injury is anal and he was given operation right away. He is still in a serious position. This is why I feel people saying good is revolting. This man's life will be changed forever. The psin will be severe.

It’s his own fault for choosing a career based on abject brutality. No sympathy whatsoever.

I think it's one thing not feeling sympathy and quite another to be relishing in his injuries.

There is nothing new in this. Bull fighting often results in a bull-fighter being killed by the bull.

But before you get carried away with cruelty to animals on this topic: in what way is a slaughter-house kinder?

Why is it in any way wrong to be glad that a barbarian got injured whilst torturing a captive animal? Would you feel sorry for a serial killer who cut himself during a murder?

It’s wrong to celebrate or rejoice in injury to any one or anything, but if you’re happy to do that, that’s about you.

Well the whole crowd rejoice in the bulls torture Molly. So personally I think it’s you that’s weird In fact he s not dead so perhaps he ll think things over while his shredded axxx is a reminder

Your hypothesis is completely wrong, Bluebelle.
Mollygo is not weird as you claim. That is rude.

Mollygo thinks it is wrong to celebrate or rejoice in injury to anyone or anything.
So she would not rejoice in injury to either bull or matador and probably abhors the practice as much as the rest of us.

She is the better person.

It's a personal attack.

I won't report it but it is showing that an eye for an eye (and probably capital punishment to) is still in many people's psyche.

Some people must find it very hard to breathe, what with the rarefied air up there on their moral high ground.

I already put that I don’t support bullfighting so I wouldn’t be part of a crowd rejoicing in the torment and usually the death of the bull,
but there is a picture beginning to appear of a group of GNs who would be there, hoping for someone to be killed or injured and cheering about it.

Obviously the bull has no choice, ergo one reason I dislike the sport,
but a group cheering the injury and possible death of a human isn’t any better than a group cheering the injury and possible death of a bull.
Same sort of group who would gather to watch Mme La Guillotine, and then say how terrible it was.

Bullfighting is a hideous thing and I totally abhor the practice. I may be wrong but I think every bull that enters the ring end up being killed. I feel no sympathy for the matador either but I do for all the tortured dead bulls who had no choice.

Yes Ban the so called sport. The Matador knew the risks so I have no sympathy. What about the pain the Bull suffers?

One reason I have never been to Spain, I will not spend money in a country that treats animals so cruelly. Same goes for Japan; China; Norway; Canada, etc etc...far too long a list. It's hard to find countries where animals are respected these days-I wish every bloody matador a slow, painful death!!

That's quite the leap there. To say that one has no sympathy for someone who has been killed or injured after voluntarily choosing to torture an animal for so-called sport or entertainment doesn't necessarily mean that same person is in favour of capital punishment.
