A place you know you won’t visit now but would have liked to

The Antarctic! We are past going to South America and getting on ships, too far for us now but I would have loved to see all the ice and wildlife and that other world we know nothing about.
There are other places,too. I have never been to Canada, I would love to see a wild bear. Where would you like to go ?

Dreamed of visiting Canada since I was a child but didn’t believe it would ever happen. Lo and behold, my children presented me with a holiday there for my birthday/retirement! Returned last week and yes! I saw a bear, a moose and crossed the Rockies on the Rocky Mountaineer. Fabulous holiday to a destination I thought I would never see

For anyone who can no longer travel there are superb videos on YouTube on everywhere you can think of. We have watched several on Venice, Vietnam and South America. We feel we’ve been there.
