Start early. We do our physical activity (eg gym) very early, and stay out of sun between 11am to 3pm, as much as possible. We shut the windows and curtains early morning, and wait until outside air is cooler before opening them all wide, opening doors too, to have through flow of cooler air at night. Shut inner doors during the day, to see which rooms are the coolest. Keep those as cool refuges. Ice cream. Cold showers.
