Do people still stamp their feet in anger?

I have only seen this when people are totally out of control on drinks and drugs.

Also seen children stamping their feet when playing up their parents in Supermarkets.

I do it.... I stamp my foot and I shout a minced swear at the same time e.g. Oh Fish!

I am sure my kids sang a rhyme If you're happy and you know it stamp your feet.
But I also remember doing it myself in anger if asked to say sorry when I knew I was right.

I'm pretty sure it's a response to that kind of thing, tabbie.
That not being heard feeling.

I stamp my foot in frustration, usually to do with technology.
It is safer than throwing the handset at the television.

I'm a stamper, much, to my shame!
This mostly occurs when I'm rangeling with Mr Ilovedogs.
He is soo big-headed and a show-off
to-boot. He makes me behave like Beryl the peril. Its horribly embarrassing for our poor family too, they just roll their eyes and pretend we're strangers.

Its like a safety valve going off, does no harm to anyone and isn't even a tantrum, so stamp away!

I’ve seen children do it in Reception or Y1. A sort if repeated stamping -a bit like running on the spot but more forceful.
By year 2 they’d usually graduated to throwing things and screaming.

A colleague of mine was a stamper while ranting at the same time.

Stamp both feet every Tuesday morning but its during my exercise class. Makes a great sound 8-15 people stamping their feet in time. Can be hard on the old knees 🤣.
