Yesterday now, without a doubt having the doctor relieve my septic thumb, giving me an antibiotic prescription and a promise to review and possibly remove nail on Friday.
The pain was horrible and the thought of nail removal an added relief.

Managed to eat a small amount of breakfast without flaking out. I have some sort of vagus nerve problem and get breathless and giddy after breakfast.
