Morning all
As always, I think of you all and those especially those going through difficult times themselves
Yesterday evening, DS, oldest son, travelled after work by train from Bristol to GOSH, meeting dear Henry then taking them out for a slap up meal, stopping off at a shop on the way back to GOSH to fund copious amounts of snacks. Then late train home to Bristol.
When he arrived DiL had baby Henry on her chest, for the first time, a truly magical moment which DD photographed and sent to us.
At two weeks old Henry is continuing to fight, having Mum’s milk and both Mum’s now involved with his care.
We all know it’s a long, arduous, up and down rollercoaster, but each new day brings us all joy and hope.
Thanks all for your continued 🙏, 🩵, 🤞all so gratefully received. Yesterday I received the most beautiful knitted blanket from one of my friends.
Enjoy your day as best you all can 🌻🌻
