I'm always too late to post when I read this thread, but I just had to thank Madeline for prompting my memory when she talked about pantomime banter from the audience. Fifty years ago, when we were living up north, we took our little family along with visitors from South Africa to see Jack and the Beanstalk at Eden Court Theatre in Inverness. There was a section of hilarious banter between the Giant and the Audience - 'There's somebody here" from the Giant and "Oh no there isn't " from the audience - much to the bemusement of three year old DD. When everything was quiet again she called out at the top of her little voice "They're hiding under the table". "Well at least somebody in the audience tells the truth" quipped the Giant. It brought the house down, as they say! Thanks for the memory - I hope you don't mind me sharing it ๐
So Harry and family are coming back!
Are extra-marital affairs the answer?
