Top shops. Shop didn't have an actual name it was in a small row of purpose built shops on the top of our small housing estate. Top shops differentiated those shops from a bigger row of shops about a 20 minute walk away.

Named after the owner eg Mrs Robinson’s, or just “ the baker”.
