I managed 3 dozen from 12 oz the other day, but I do like the pastry quite thin, plus I'm putting on smaller lids than usual, since the 'lid' cutter I usually use went to dd's some time ago, for Gdd to make 'cakes' from PlayDoh.
Smaller lids are easier though!
I prefer them now - marginally fewer calories, too.
