We've got our hands on 6 pairs of Eyejusters to give away!

Eyejusters are the near vision solution we’ve all been waiting for: Adjustable focus reading glasses. Eyejusters are a single pair of glasses to replace all your reading glasses.

The glasses have two small dials tucked behind the frame to adjust the lenses for each eye independently. They allow you to move the in-focus zone at any time to the desired distance. You can adjust the lens power from +0 to +3.00D, covering the range most commonly used in daily life. You need only one pair for all close-up activities.

You could also give the glasses away as a present for your husband or children, who refuse to get their eyes tested...

Eyejusters lens units have been developed and manufactured in-house, in the UK. The technical design fits into normal, stylish frames. For more details, take a look on Eyejusters' website.

Can you imagine a day without your reading glasses? To win a pair of Eyejusters (you get to pick you own style), tell us about all the activities you need reading glasses for these days.

This competition will close at midday on Friday 10 June.

I do have varfocals which I wear all the time. But when I retired I wanted to spend more time on needlework like cross stitch but can't see well enough with reading glasses or varfocals to do it. I also use to make tapestries and rugs using the traditional Portuguese arriolos stitch which using a sacking type material you count threads and do a type of cross stitch going 2 threads forward and one back keeping all the longer stitches in a line going in one direction. My mother in law made a carpet which was passed to me and I was hoping to make one for my daughter.i tried a large magnifying glass huge around my neck and balanced but every time I moved slipped. Eyeajusters would solve the problem.

My close-up sight is fine but it would be nice not to have to read everything for my husband because he has forgotten his reading glasses AGAIN !!!

I need glasses to look for my glasses , I have the blooming things everywhere . I hate varifocals but I need a different prescription to watch the tv and especially the theatre where features are just a blur, these would seem the perfect solution as I have never got on with any that I have had on prescription, and have just given up and gone for readers .

Have recently tried bifocals but don't get on with them - they are a real hazard when trying to negotiate stairs. I now need reading glasses for ALL close work, even reading cooking times from food wrappers and as I need a different prescription for each eye, these adjustable beauties would be a Godsend!

I need reading glasses for reading the anti spam filters on some websites. They are tiny and blurred and quite often I still can't see them and have to ask my partner to help!

Oh I need these so much at work for the computer and then very close up detailed work, I am having to have 2 pairs of prescription reading glasses for work. I don't need distance lenses so perfect for the likes of me.

I need reading glasses for anything that involves ready! (What an unintelligent answer, but it's true...)

I'm in denial, need some though for small print. If I would have had glasses years ago I wouldn't have got with partner, should have gone spec savers

susiedarlo Wed 08-Jun-16 00:13:56

Reading my books, reading instructions on food packets, when i'm on my computer or tablet/laptop among several others.

I need mine for crochet, knitting, cardmaking and reading too!

sox364 Wed 08-Jun-16 22:29:56

What a good idea.
I have health issues which affect my eyes differently on what seems like an hourly basis! the optician says my glasses are fine for my sight but no one seemed to tell my eyes that!!

i need to see for almost everything i do these days, reading recipes, for ingedients( as we have allergies in my household) and thats really hard sometimes!!! for knitting and crochet patterns, to do sewing, embroidery and more than most, threading a flipping needle!! focusing on photos and emails and texts on my phone, now a lifeline!
for trying to see whats on next on tv listings and trying to work out instructions!

I NEED DIFFERENT LENSES FOR READING WATCHING TV COMPUTER and SHOPPING. ALSO SUNLIGHT AND DARKNESS.

cjh123 Thu 09-Jun-16 10:00:12

I enjoy sewing, reading, computer work and cooking so reading recipes and measuring the ingredients is impossible without glasses. All these activities seem to need a different focus so these glasses would be so useful and they look stylish too making me a cool nanny x
