Will someone please satisfy my curiosity and tell me who won the holiday to Cornwall?

Many thanks to Gransnet for my RSPB Ultimate Big Wild Sleepout Kit prize. A big parcel arrived this morning; I shall be giving the birdbox, bee & bug house, minibeast explorer, nightvision torch, stool & books etc to my GSs.

I will hang on to & shortly make use of the very generous Rohan voucher......oh yes, & the scrummy apple crumble biscuits too (I'm sure the boys wouldn't like them!)

I was a winner of The Keeper of Lost Things. I was so pleased to have won this as I have been meaning to get this from the library but keep forgetting. So now have my own personal copy to read at my leisure.

I'm a bit confused here (not unusual!). A copy of 'baby and toddler knits' has just arrived and I don't know who sent it. I don't remember entering a competition on Gransnet but I'm sure the book will be very useful. Our knitting group makes things and sells them in aid of the local children's hospice.

Big Words for Little Geniuses is a lovely book. It prompted lively discussion in the staff room and 6 year olds first loved the illustrations then the words. Bibliomania and whirligig were especially popular!
