i lov to see the world and how people in different places live

I like to travel to get away from the hustle and bustle of where I live. Even if it's in the UK, it's still lovely to get away for some peace and quiet and to recharge my batteries. Always great to meet new people too!

To meet new people, have new experiences, see beautiful and interesting places. Travelling gives you freedom not only from where you usually are, but who you are. You can be whoever you choose to be.

to see different countries and learn about there cultures too is fab

Being in our 70’s and my husband having a heart condition we are not sure how many more holidays we shall be able to take so we are trying to see as many new places as we can while we still can!

1) To make life more interesting
2) To get relief from living in a cool damp climate
3) To see family & friends who live abroad
4) To see galleries, scenery, etc that are only available abroad

I travel because I'm a curious person who always needs to know a bit more, discover what comes next and see what I havent seen yet. And I travel because I love learning about our world and its peoples, their culture, cuisines and traditions. I love adventure!

I love to see new places, meet new people and explore the different ways of life. History is so fascinating and just about everywhere you go has history in some shape or form.

To push my limits and grow as a person, and to see incredible, beautiful sights!

I travel because my husband and I had plans to start going on holidays abroad once our children were grown and away with their own lives. Sadly he died aged 46 and the plans to travel together never happened. So I go, and think about him, and see the places we talked about seeing together.

To broaden my horizons, have fun and experience new cultures

I travel for the excitement of new places and the opportunity meet new people. To experience new cultures, sights and smells, the markets places and the coastlines.

I grew up reading books about travel, but as child we never did. Now I travel when and wherever I can

We travel so that all 7 children can experience the world, different cultures and all the amazing sights around the world, with them being home educated its a perfect learning curve!

I travel to learn as much as I can about different cultures, countries etc. The world is a big place with so much to see and so little time to do it

The main reason is to force us a family to stop and enjoy each others company without any of the distractions of everyday life.

My Partner and I both have houses and live with our own grown up children. Travelling gives us precious time together to escape life's challenges and enjoy experiencing this amazing World!
