A nice slow run through the local wood with just my thoughts for company. Helps to clear my mind and focus on the important things.

I'm struggling to find the answer to this question. I keep promising myself I will stop being so busy and make some me time and learn how to relax without feeling guilty. How does everyone manage to stop thinking about all the things that still need doing, a trick I've yet to master!

Light a scented candle, switch on the fairy lights, and take some to time for yoga and meditation. So calming and relaxing. Blissful peace.

A walk in the woods or a day out at a National trust place with the little ones.

I find a hot water bottle relaxes me, especially if I put it on my back (while lying down). I also like to snuggle on the sofa under a throw with a hot water bottle.

I haven't got an answer for that question, as relaxing doesn't come natural to me. Maybe a hot bath oozing with good smells might do it for me. I suppose I'd have to have someone standing there, pouring tinctures of this and that into the water every minute or two. Is there a business doing that, I wonder? Hmm .... dream on ... .
