My local swimming baths is quite warm at lunch time and I like to lie on my back, relax and float gently exercising my legs. The only way I can exercise having Fybromyalgia without feeling too much pain.

I like a soak in the bath with Epsom Salts.
Very cheap to pick up in discount stores. They help relax aching muscles, which is nice after a day trying to keep up with very little ones. Once they have found their feet, there's no stopping them!

I collect my oldest friend and take her shopping. I feel good because it gets her out of the house for a while. We have a nice lunch and she is such good company. We have an ice cream afterwards to round it all off.

Light a sanctuary candle, feet up, cup of coffee and go through photo albums of my gorgeous 13 GC's and all is right in my world.

avery64 Wed 03-Oct-18 20:38:56

I put Classic FM on, curl up on the sofa with a duvet or blanket and escape for an hour .....or three with a good book. Reading and music have always gone together for me as the perfect way to relax. The only problem I have is finding the time to indulge.

viki22 Wed 03-Oct-18 21:14:35

I like to put on very relaxing music and go into meditation for 10 minutes or so, it makes me feel relaxed, refreshed and in balance. I cannot recommend it enough.
