Lovely hot bath and clean fresh PJs, hot cocoa with a mini magnum, then into a bed of clean fresh linen. Bliss.

I escape into my crafting which I find very relaxing. Depending on how much attention I want to give to the craft will depend on whether I will knit, cross stitch or papercraft but I do find it absorbing and it releases tension after a busy day.

I find it difficult to relax, as my mind seems to be overactive. I've tried chilling with a good book and low lights together with lavender candles, however still struggle with total relaxation.
