Walking my dog along the beach listening to the waves crashing in; the ebb and flow of the tide. Back home to my sanctuary, my dog curled up next to me asleep, the flickering of scented candles dancing around the room. A long soak in the bath before bed; fresh linen and a breeze flowing through the house
