I colour. Give me a colouring book and a shed load of pens and pencils and I am off in to another world. I get absorbed for hours and just lose track of all time unless I set the alarm on my phone.

I go for a walk, preferably somewhere away from roads, towns and noise. A beach walk in winter or a hill walk in summer are my favourite ways to unwind and relax.
