Like so many others, a lovely relaxing bubble bath and a good book to read therein is my idea of bliss!

Depending on my mood (and the weather) I either walk down to the beach to look at the sea or I curl up with a good book and a drink.

Close curtains (evening), soft music, light candle and lose myself in my cross-stitching, bliss

A relaxing swim, slow breast stroke alternated with life saving backstroke.

A long soak in the bath, followed by hot chocolate and a good book x

If the suns shining a walk somewhere with trees and if its raining I tuck myself up like a kipper, with a lovely Yorkshire tea and something to read. I also like baking and eating a nice warm jam tart or banana loaf.

I Rarely get time to relax, having full time care of my 7 year old grandson and a full time job. I have No family local enough to provide a break, however relaxation is usually movie night with my grandson, curling up on the
sofa with popcorn and a Marvel or Transformers film.

A pilates class followed by a hot bath

A bubbly spa bath is my way of relaxing.

A glass of wine, bubble bath and a good book

I enjoy going to yoga then have a nice hot bath and a glass of wine.
