I watch an old DVD such as Sliding Doors and have a glass of Asti (not prosecco like the young ones drink), then have a warm - not hot - bath and a good relax/soak.

My go to used to be a bath but we had to have that ripped out for my wet room to be built...booo... so now I have to rely on soft lighting in the evenings, no screen time for two hours before bed and meditation if I’m awake into the night because of pain
