Making daisy chains on a sunny day in the summer when you were young and still carefree.
Blackberry picking in the autumn and eating the pies they made.

I loved being outside playing with my dolls and pram, would be really happy to walk down the shops with mum as long as I could take my ‘babies’

A bike ride to the bluebell woods with a picnic of jam sandwiches and a bottle of water. When you're young you are easily satisfied.

I loved Kerby and kick the can. Also loved fishing for sticklebacks at the brook and making dens, playing ‘horses’ and doing showjumps!

I have a picture of me and my best friend (we were both redheads then - I'm not now!) dressed up as old ladies, with lips turned in to look as though we had no teeth, tweed suits and specs with not glass in them. A slightly odd leisure activity. Other than that, it was climbing trees.
