Going to the beach makes me feel young every time because I love nothing better than to go searching for sea creatures in the rock pools.

I feel young being around young people

My nephews and nieces ! They are much younger than my own kids even though their parents are older than me! Not forgetting music! My kids tease me endlessly because I love pop music of today.. I don’t feel I am old when I blast stormzy,bieber,zayn,james arthur and the likes ..

I've recently joined the gym and walking out of the gym after a workout - all tired & sweaty - in my trainers makes me feel young...…..and a million dollars.
