Running round after 2 young grandchildren keeps me young. No time to get old.

I'm flipping my answer... I feel young until:
A) I'm faced with a steep hill or
B) My GP says "well you're of an age to have (reels off long list of old age related health conditions)"!

I am a Literacy Volunteer at my local primary school, and sitting with 5 year olds keep me young at heart. They are so funny with their tales, they make me laugh every time.

Being with my 3 Grandchildren makes me feel younger although my body reminds me of my age - I can’t keep up with them or climb on things like I once could

Another one saying grandchildren!
I’m not as fit as I used to be but cuddling up and telling them a story, just like I did with my own children many years ago, certainly helps to roll back the years.
