Working with wonderful young people with learning difficulties. I have to think, act and believe I'm young to relate to them. I feel like I'm fifteen from the neck up. No comment from the neck down, but it's what in your head that counts!!
Rediscovering all my favourite books and films with my younger son who's 9, doing a lot of things together, and generally being among the young kids, as I volunteer at school. I also read a lot of YA fiction.
Remembering all the good times I had when I was young, and going on with the day, having a laugh with my workmates whether they are young or same age as myself, listening to the music from my teens up and playing same music whenever I can, brings back memories

I feel young when I am with my grandchildren and I also love to travel a lot especially around Britain. I love seeing new places and visiting all the Scottish Islands.
The 5 year old son of my neighbours who pops his head over the fence for a chat at every opportunity and loves to come round to feed the goldfish in the pond and play with my dogs.
I've lost some weight in recent years and as a result been more active. My fitbit encourages this and I feel younger than I have for years. I'm looking forward too retiring and having the time for all the things I can't fit in at present.
Riding my bicycle, and not just 'all downhill from here' now that I've invested in an electric bike. Wish I'd done it years ago, I can now enjoy going further without tiring and even look forward to the climbs.
My grandchildren make me feel young again! I have 6 children and my 2 eldest have made me a grandparent - Noah 5months and Arthur who is due in November! Noah is such a cheeky chops! When i am playing with him it reminds me of when my children were babies
