I'd love to take them to Africa to see some of the world's best sights.

I'd take the 7 of them to Disneyland, every child should experience magic once in their lives,

natab123 Sun 20-Oct-19 22:25:27

I would take them all to Lapland to see Father Christmas as they would find this magical!

alem2018 Sun 20-Oct-19 22:19:43

Definitely New Zealand for the fabulous scenery

allimc67 Sun 20-Oct-19 19:57:52

i would love to take my grandchildren to Lapland for Christmas to see the magic in their eyes when they see Santa while they are still young enough to believe in magic everywhere

To Formby - to see the red squirrels and play on the huge sand dunes. My grandparents lived there when I was young, and in later years I took my children there. Happy memories

I would take them to Australia to see my long last brother and to see some amazing sites like the Coral Reef

Nicbak Sun 20-Oct-19 16:52:48

I would like to take them to The Galápagos Islands to show them how good nature can be. To appreciate wildlife in its natural habitat and show how animals have adapted over the years to survive and live without threat or fear.

I would take them to the village in Wales where my late father was born and grew up. I would like them to walk in his footsteps and meet their relatives.

CJD62 Sun 20-Oct-19 16:38:45

I would take them to my spiritual home of North West Wales where Snowdonia sweeps down to the Llyn Penisular. Where dragons hide around every corner & Merlin is waiting to awake Arthur. Porthmadoc and Criccieth with their wonderful charms and adventures and end up sitting on the banks of the Afon Dwyfor, listening to the voices of the Druids being carried in the sound of the river

If I had grandchildren we would spend a lot of time on the farm riding on the tractors and looking after the cows well away from computer games and social media but I would also like to take them to Australia Zoo as we all loved Steve Irwin.

kevincharley Sun 20-Oct-19 12:44:36

Scotland. Fabulous for kids.

cdemon Sun 20-Oct-19 10:44:29

jamaica to meet our family

ottypotty Sun 20-Oct-19 09:41:43

If money was no object - they it would be business class to New Zealand, the scenery is amazing, and as they are Lord of the Rings fanatics they would love this country.

montydoo Sun 20-Oct-19 09:38:27

I'd take them to Disneyland Paris - they would love this (they'd hate the long flights to the US).

AJL123 Sun 20-Oct-19 08:02:02

I would take them to Ottawa to meet all the family they have never met.

deelor Sat 19-Oct-19 23:25:06

I would take my grandchildren to the moon, so we can marvel at planet earth. Hopefully they will appreciate and respect our beautiful planet.

mother999 Sat 19-Oct-19 23:04:57

It would be to India & Italy to their homeland

Idlebones Sat 19-Oct-19 22:45:02

Somewhere in Africa to show them how families are struggling to survive with a lack of food and water. It would be an education albeit upsetting to realise how grateful they should be for all the privileges that are taken for granted,

mwb323 Sat 19-Oct-19 21:56:00

I would take the children to St. Vincent, so that they could see where their great grand dad and mother were born and to understand the history of the island which would be fitting as it is Black History Month.

SkinnyBibby Sat 19-Oct-19 21:00:03

Mine are mad on Harry Potter, so, we would take them on a film location tour.

dunanth Sat 19-Oct-19 20:24:17

I would love to take them to Disneyland Paris. Even at my advanced age I still am a big kid at heart and I cannot imagine a more magical place to go than the wonderful world of Disney

Feelthefear Sat 19-Oct-19 20:16:08

I'd take them to Germany, to show them where I grew up. Especially at Christmas time, when it really is a magical place.

Nickyjay Sat 19-Oct-19 20:08:13

I would take them to iceland to stay in an igloo and see the northern lights

Roo33 Sat 19-Oct-19 19:44:42

To New Zealand and Sydney as we have family living there who have not met my grandson yet. It would be a trip of a lifetime creating so many family memories.
