I would love to take them to Disney World as I never managed to take my children there and they would all love it. However, unless I win the lottery.......!

I think I would take them to the North Pole to show them where Father Christmas lives. Then we would go off to Never Never Land to play with Peter Pan and his friends. Sigh

Has to be Walt Disney World. There’s no other place like it for kids and those of us that want to be big kids for a week or two

Jacquilk Thu 10-Oct-19 16:29:56

Disney world. I remember feeling so emotional the first time I went there Age 19. It was even more magical with my own children, so to take grandchildren would be amazing

I'd take all seven of them to St Ives in Cornwall where I spent every summer as a child. We'd stay in a fisherman's cottage and go crabbing. We'd build sandcastles, walk across to St. Michaels Mount from Marazion, visit Mousehole and do all the lovely things I did as a child. This is one of my dreams, I hope I'm able to do it one day.

I would take my oldest g'son to Japan. He is 'into' anime, manga and other aspects of Japanese culture, and I've always been fascinated by the contrasts in the Japanese way of life.
