I would take them back in time to meet their great-grandparents, who came over from Ireland to Lancashire. They would learn a lot about different lives in a different setting, and we could all travel across the Irish Sea to experience our heritage.

I would take them to a place that I visited about 15 yrs ago called Puzzling World in Wanaka, New Zealand. My pair are puzzling mad and this place has a 3D maze, illusion rooms and various other puzzle rooms. Such a unique place and like an escape from screens, mobiles, and social media!

I would take my grandson to Japan.
He has autism and is completely obsessed with the vending machines that give out small toys. There are whole shops and streets full of these in Japan. To see his excitement would be priceless.

I would taken them to Cornwall where I went on holiday as a child. They would love the rockpools catching shrimps and crabs. Making sandcastles and possibly burying their grandad up to his neck in sand...!!!
