Our granddaughters are age 8 and 5 years of age. I would take them to Disney in Florida. It is magical at this age, everything is larger than life, the parades, the rides, the whole Magic kingdom thing. Also Epcot, the water world, so much to see. I speak from memory, of a time when their Dad was their age, and we were fortunate enough to go as a family.

I would take my grandchildren to Australia to visit their Auntie and her very new baby. They can see her and talk to her on WhatsApp but it would be great for them to visit the place they have seen on the map and to see the Harbour Bridge and Opera House which they have seen pictures of. Obviously my six year old would appreciate this more than my 10 month old grandchild - but he would still be very happy as he usually smiles and laughs at most things anyway.
