I'm sure there will be lots of answers to this question in the time to come but right now I'd like to be there when they first experience Disney World and Mickey.

I would take them on safari, to see the lions and giraffes,
And we would watch through our binoculars, having lots of laughs.
We might spot some elephants, plodding slowly along,
While my little granddaughters decide to sing their favourite animal song.
Their faces would light up, to see the wildlife run free
And we’d sit back and relax, with a cake and flask of tea.
And although this would probably only ever be a dream,
We can still imagine our adventures, and all the animals we have seen.

I would hire a houseboat and take them all on a trip along the British waterways, from cities to countryside, through tunnels, over bridges. They could go barefoot and scruffy, no tv or electronics but early nights and early mornings, contentment in abundance.

Carlychoc Mon 04-Nov-19 04:29:04

I would love to take them to Brisbane in Australia as a lot of our family live there and would be wonderful to see them again
