Win over £800 of brilliant books for Christmas

I'd like to find my better half under my tree as he is always an important part of my life and Xmas is a time we like to spend together. I wouldn't mind if Sir David Attenborough & Chris Packham were under the tree too as it would be great to discuss wildlife and the natural world with two such knowledgeable people, enjoy a big traditional roast dinner with all the trimmings + mince pies, Xmas pudding and all the usual nuts and sweet treats. Forrest Galante would also be welcome as we are very interested in his work looking to see whether certain animals are 'Extinct or Alive' - I loved it when he caught the supposedly extinct Zanzibar Leopard on camera, and found an elderly female Fernandina Tortoise on the Galapagos Island of the same name (last confirmed alive in 1906); I haven't see the whole series yet but hopefully he's found other species. I think I need a bigger tree to fit that lot under.

I would love to find my mum and dad under the Christmas tree, mum has been gone 7.5 years and Dad two years ago tomorrow. Both avid readers for all their lives, passing their passion on to me. What wouldn’t I give for just one more magic Christmas story. Their presence felt and their undying love returned in spades. Merry Christmas everyone and good luck. ?????????

I'd love to find my late grandma under my tree this Christmas. She died 26 years ago and now I'm older I've thought of so many things I wish I'd discussed with her when she was alive.

My husband, who died just over 3 years ago, and my father, who was killed 6 months before I was born, I`m sure they`d get on well, both being Lancashire lads.

All my work “family”, I spend more time with them than I do my own family and it would be great to celebrate Christmas with them. (My employer closes from Christmas Eve to 2nd January and I miss them all so much)

I too would love to find my late Father underneath our Christmas tree.He would be so proud of his two great grandsons and great grandaughter. He introduced me to reading, and I remember our wonderful Saturday morning trips to the Library.
