I think wobbles are probably good for us as long as it’s not a permanent state. We need to acknowledge the enormity of all this. I find myself in tears once or twice a day - it’s when someone has done something very kind like leaving flowers on the doorstep or some home made biscuits or when someone on TV ( usually a doctor or nurse) says something that demonstrates how caring and compassionate they are being. Yesterday someone was talking about the use of iPads/ phones for dying / very ill patients to communicate with their families - she said we always make sure they are fully charged up. Somehow that just got to me.
