Lizkat one of the easiest ways of assessing your own personal risks is to check the number of confirmed cases in your county, the number of deaths due to the virus since it started and how many other deaths in that period.
In my county (pop. 117,000) we have 305 confirmed cases since end February, 35 are dead due to the virus which is only 11% of the total number of people who died in the county within the time period.
You can then assess how much you can lift your own personal lockdown according to the laws/rules wherever you live in the UK.
