Good morning!
The day has come when my perpetual spinach is ready to start using so I will pick a bag of leaves tonight and eat it two minutes later with roast chicken. It’s a fabulous veg and as long as I pick every few days the plants will keep going for months. I will be as strong as Popeye in a few weeks.
I agree Badfordlass that wet lockdown isn’t so easy - I felt quite wintery yesterday and missed pootling around outside. Today looks a bit better and less windy so I’ll get some stuff done.
This week I plan to paint the front door and that’s it - a one job list for a change. Mind you, I will probably get distracted and clean the grout instead. I’m seriously thinking of saving the kitchen tiles for the last day of lockdown as a kind of valedictory ceremony before flinging open the door to all comers.
Found out today, can't take it in
Well, that was a farce.........

. I foolishly thought I had plenty of time to renew it!
.
. She tasted it, took a photo, checked and .....it is chard!!
