Double Jab long Covid - what are the chances I wonder?

I was getting a bit overconfident with socialising, I think, and then someone in my art class got covid. The person is not ill, but Ive stopped going for now due to worry about long covid. As double jabbers, anyone got info or experience of this please?

I have had a couple of friends get Covid after being double jabbed one had mild cold like symptoms the other no symptoms at all
You will have to do what you think is best Covid is not going to go away.
