You may remember, when I was looking for a foster dog, how many, well over half those registered with the agency, stated they had rescue dogs?
Some had only been with the new owner a matter of weeks. So I'm all for stricter rules as I believe it's cruel to get a dog, a herd animal, then leave it alone all day. Not that you would Nfk, that's clear but rules are made for a general situation so genuine people get caught too.

I only unlock mine if a visitor known to me arrives.
Peddlers of religion, world breaking new electricity and power deals and others are either ignored or asked (very politely of course
)to go away.
