As an avid youtube user this is one of my favourites:

It could be music, or tv recordings or radio etc.

Ah - interesting! I have sung this solo many times and have very very strong feelings about how it should be performed as it is a lullaby, and needs to be sung as such. So this version is not quite to my taste, but I am very happy that you are enjoying it!!! smile

I am listening to a CD (with companion book) that my DD has given me: Karine Polwart, Wind Resistance. it is a stage show - this is the first track from the CD - there is spoken word and folk song on it. I find it enchanting! www.youtube.com/watch?v=pUzOL2M0iTM

I'm listening to country music as performed by Darius Rucker. If you are a country fan then he's worth listening to. This track is my favourite at the moment, but it changes often.

Mostly I listen to Italian pop music, but also love Country and am very keen on Il Divo. In fact, DD3 and I are going to see them live in Amsterdam on Sunday. A birthday treat for me.😊

Currently listening to Dido. I bought the CD from a poundshop. They have lots of different albums by famous singers etc, all reconditioned for just £1 ! Bargain. In between, I also listen to Tears for Fears, and Depeche Mode.

I love Karine Polwart's 'Follow the heron home' and in the days when I could sing, was part of my repertoire.

I always say I don't like music, I don't own any CDs and never play it but I love singing and some live folk music
