I really need to lose some weight...but as my husband has completely changed his eating habits and has poor apetite,he cannot decide what he wants to eat until about 6.30 pm I find it very hard to plan meals..and he won't eat meat anymore...often he wants a sandwich or scrambled egg, whereas I used to make a proper dinner every night.
I find that I haven't got the energy or inclination to make a seperate meal for myself so usually have the same as him.
I saw Diet Chef on QVC this morning (TSV) and although I never buy ready meals or take aways (I was a Home Ec teacher and have always cooked fresh)
I wondered if this would be easy for me, even as a start to lose weight.
Anyone tried it ? Any thoughts ?..... I would really have poo pooed this before Phil was ill.
