Ah yes but if I do the new 3 X 30 sec's 3 X a week I will only do 4mins 30secs a week, but that sounds good to me smile

Exercise is for keeping you physically healthy and weight reduction is gained by eating smaller portions!!

I saw the Horizon programme which I thought made the point well that we don't need great quantities of exercise. I should add that I don't think that being thoroughly lazy is any help either.
