I think the sight of the scales going in the wrong direction makes us depressed and brings the nibbles on, I think I would just try my best to be selective in your choices to try to limit any gain, and keep coming on here and we will try to keep you bouyed up 
alison well done, but be careful not to cut down on your intake too much as it can have the reverse effect... when you go back to eating normally you can put it all back on.
white sometimes on our first week if you have been good our body goes into shock and tries to hold onto everything, just keep with it and you will see it on the scales next week. But you seem to have had a difficult week as far as menus go

white bread and jam used to be my comfort food, when the kids were little I crashed the car into a stationary lamp post and went home and had 3 slices of bread and jam
