Monday 3rd Sept weigh in.

My first post on the weigh-in forum. Started the 5/2 diet last week and I've lost 4 and a half pounds. But I have got lots to lose. Trying really hard to stick with it as we're away this weekend with brother-in-law and wife and that's generally a boozy do. Any weight lost by Monday next week will be a real bonus. Fingers crossed. smile

Welcome back glass - hope you had a good break. Had to confess while you were away but we won't talk about that will we!!! blush
AlisonMA and I made a pact and supported each other - I firmly believe it worked and neither of us will admit that we were naughty!
I was hoping that I would hit the 150's this week but the scales think different and insist that I am 160.4lbs - how close and frustrating is that! However it is still a loss of 0.8lb so could be worse! Hope they don't take the flags emoticon away before the magic 15... appears as I will need them big time then!
Good luck to everyone else this week - go for it girls - and Alison I AM STILL WATCHING!!! grin
