Have been on various weight loss diets over the years and have weighed 8st 4lbs at my lowest( following ill health) and am now more than 14st. Recently, not enjoying food since joining well known slimming club but thinking about food constantly. Have you ever just eaten what you fancy, enjoyed it and lost weight over time?
