Thanks for your encouragement Notso but I really don't believe I lost 4lb last week as I firmly believe that the reading the weekend before was incorrect when it said I had put on three pounds.
I feel that if I was brutally honest I was about the same two weeks ago when the scales said '+3lbs' and then possibly lost a pound last week.
Not looking good for this weekend though - A Christmas meal out on Monday and another today
I feel sure that when I weigh in tomorrow morning the scales will show a gain but as long as I stay under 154lbs (11 stone) I will be satisfied so fingers crossed!

Four days now of no wine, no cake and especially no biscuits [fbiscuit]. Plus a little exercise each morning with regular swims starting next week. I've been gaining week on week for much of the past two months and I must reverse that!!
