Galen Wed 13-Feb-13 20:53:49

glassortwo Wed 13-Feb-13 20:36:53

galen the weather will change and make us feel better.

jane we are going to put it down to the weather wink
sba maintaining is brilliant, sometimes you just need to have a breather.
grannylin its comeing of nice and steady
tegan lkg that fantastic well done
river slow but sure, over a year you would lose almost 4 stone
mrshat dont argue just take it grin coming down into another stone bracket is a huge incentive.
marelli enjoy your options smile
when its as good a reason as any grin

Total to date 2 stone 9.5lb

glassortwo Tue 12-Feb-13 22:20:40

Why are you sad galen

Galen Tue 12-Feb-13 21:56:13

sad

glassortwo Tue 12-Feb-13 21:53:39

I have been weighed and lost 1/2lb which is fantastic as I have fallen off the wagon this week what with birthday cake, meals out etc, and I have had a glass of wine and no tea yet so I best not caluculate the weight tonight grin

Marelli Tue 12-Feb-13 19:32:18

I'm not shifting any weight at all just now sad Not eating any treat(y) things and so I think my problem is my portion sizes. A very good friend wink has given me some Options to try, so I'm using these as my treats....gives me something to look forward to (poor soul that I am). grin

Wheniwasyourage Tue 12-Feb-13 19:25:36

Just popping in like Notso to say well done to all the losers and good luck to mrshat - it's such a boost when you get through a stone barrier and I hope you make it this week! We've had a succession of DGC (with parents) this week and so I haven't weighed myself. The excuse that the scales are in the bathroom that the visitors use is feeble, I know, but it sounds better than the fact that extra food and drink is involved... Might do it after they leave but if the result is bad, you will not hear about it!

mrshat Tue 12-Feb-13 16:33:21

Somehow managed to lose 1lb this week. Delighted with this, but wish I knew the secret. Just another pound and I will have cracked the 13 stone and moved into the 12! grin

glassortwo Tue 12-Feb-13 12:47:59

I will come back later and read them all well done tegan hope your first day back to work is going ok. smile

Tegan Tue 12-Feb-13 12:04:56

64 kg [think I was 65 kg two weeks ago] Did think I'd lost more than that but it's better than nothing I suppose.

Riverwalk Tue 12-Feb-13 08:42:12

Down 1lb - that's 4lbs in total, over four weeks.

This is going to be one sloooow process! smile

Tegan Mon 11-Feb-13 22:42:53

It's really hard when the weather outside doesn't make you want to do much walking. Back at work tomorrow so will weigh in then. I know I've lost weight while I've been off but I'm still above my pre Christmas weight. I didn't eat a great deal of Christmas food but pigged out on lots of chocolate that was given to me [I found some of the empty boxes the other day on their way to the bin; it shocked me..I can eat chocolate in complete denial that I'm doing so sad].

Grannylin Mon 11-Feb-13 22:00:30

Only 300gr again but at least it's going the right way.Going to meet new baby at last this week and then niece's wedding at the weekend.Aimed to lose 2kg in a month and I'm nearly there so maybe I'll now only need one pair of squashy tight knickers for the wedding not two!

Sbagran Mon 11-Feb-13 12:19:56

Everyone seems so down at the moment - keep the faith everyone - spring is coming and with it will come renewed enthusiasm and wonderful weight loss !!!hmm
As regular losers will know, I am 'taking time out' from dieting at the moment due to a complicated work and home life and intend to start afresh in March. However, I am still weighing on Sunday morning to ensure I don't go too far off the 'scale' and once again I am exactly the same as the last two weeks! Can't understand how that is but I ain't going to argue!
Sadly, I haven't lost any of the weight I put on over Christmas but when I restart my mission in March I will hopefully have a manageable amount of weight to lose and will be better equipped mentally to chase my target grin
Good luck everyone!

janeainsworth Mon 11-Feb-13 09:17:58

Oh dear! Have gained .6 kg so nearly back to what I was a month ago sadblush

OK will post on here again - last two weeks have gone up a tad but this morning was a little less - only half a pound down so still weigh more than three weeks ago but a bit better than last week - if you see what I mean. Good luck everyone.

glassortwo Mon 11-Feb-13 08:01:59

Notso Mon 11-Feb-13 07:19:45

Good morning......I'm up bright and early, all packed for a few days away. I'll weigh in properly next week but just wanted to peep in before I set off smile
Good luck to everyone for this week!
