Everyone seems so down at the moment - keep the faith everyone - spring is coming and with it will come renewed enthusiasm and wonderful weight loss !!!
As regular losers will know, I am 'taking time out' from dieting at the moment due to a complicated work and home life and intend to start afresh in March. However, I am still weighing on Sunday morning to ensure I don't go too far off the 'scale' and once again I am exactly the same as the last two weeks! Can't understand how that is but I ain't going to argue!
Sadly, I haven't lost any of the weight I put on over Christmas but when I restart my mission in March I will hopefully have a manageable amount of weight to lose and will be better equipped mentally to chase my target
