Monday 23rd weigh in.

I'm away visiting DD3 so can't really weigh in until I get back later in the week.
They're in the middle of major building works here......the kitchen is a challenge at the moment so tricky to stick to a 'good' regime. Trying not to stray too much!

Hi notso it difficult when you are visiting anyway without the kitchen being dismantled, just do what you can.

Ha-ha I've put on a lb or three this past week-end so have made a promise to myself that next week will get back on the treadmill. a girl deserves a rest sometimes

Pleased to say I have lost another 200g down to 61.7kg

Disappointingly still up at 59.3kg , but at least I haven't put on any this week , so maybe that will mean a loss for next week's weigh in ?! Fingers crossed . It went on so quickly over the chaperoning fortnight , am really hoping it will come off again before too long if I really put my mind to it . How can it be this difficult to get down to 58kg and stay there ?

Put on 1lb - now 12stone 7lbs. Disappointed but have had a really stressful and upsetting week, so too much food (not good food either!!) and . Hopefully back on track for next week ....

Stayed the same but hit the chocolate yesterday afternoon; think it was because I was very tired [hadn't slept well the night before]..got in from work and just craved chocolate so ate lots of the grandsons mini Mars Bars . Don't think I put any weight on, though, as I then slept for 12 hours and didn't eat anything else. Although I don't tend to eat breakfast I'm going to start eating something first thing in the morning from now on. First week of retirement next week so it'll be interesting to see what happens to my weight because I'm on my feet all the time at work [albeit not walking very far].

Oh dear I have put 1 1 /2 lbs on but I know thats down to the hot buttered toast this last week when I have been feeling cr*p.

glamma you are entitled to enjoy the wedding, plenty of time to sort it.

mrshat if you have had a hard week trying to control what you eat is the last thing you would be thinking about, I hope you things have settled down for you.
tegan you must be so looking forward to next week, you may have a few mixed up weeks until your body adjust to the change but you will enjoy it all.
