I have lost 1 1/2lbs but almost didnt go to get weighed as I was sure that I had put on, so I was really pleased with myself.
ginny try to have a change in some of the things you normally eat when you are being careful, could be you are bored and are tempted to have something naughty, but maintaining when you feel like that is as good as a loss.
grannyK are you sure you have put on? I thought I had and got a lovely surprise. Go on jump on and if you have had a gain you can attack it head on, if you leave it till next week its adding temptation over the week just to have that bread/biscuit add whatever is your weakness as you give yourself permission to have another.
grannylin wine is my weakness too (if you hadn't already guessed
) but I will only have wine in the house and have a glass on a Friday and Saturday night, if I have none at hand I cant drink it, the dark nights are difficult how about crochet
