You have stayed the same mrshat but if you have things going on you are doing well to maintain, sending you a big {{{hug}}} its sounds like you need one, we are all here if you need a shoulder.

12 stone 6.5 lbs this week - I can't remember what I was last week - stressful time here. Maybe will share when I can cope better with the situation. sad

grannyK hope you are feeling better soon flowers

Managed to be ill and miss weigh in Tuesday this week
Not overly hopeful , as whenever I am ill , I start thinking "you must eat something. You'll never get better otherwise" and wandering into the kitchen and nibbling . Have made an attempt to enter nibbles into mfp and it doesn't look too good ! Serious attempt to redress the balance now I am feeling better might get me back to normal next week .

Notso Tue 29-Oct-13 22:41:17

Thanks glass but it was toffee blush

glassortwo Tue 29-Oct-13 22:18:39

Well done notso3lb is a good loss, and popcorn is not too bad if you have the salted or without flavouring.

Notso Tue 29-Oct-13 22:08:04

My first week of trying to get back on track and apart from a popcorn shaped blip early on, I've enjoyed sticking to a healthier food intake. Really pleased to have lost 3lbs, and even though most of that is probably fluid loss, it's still a good number smile

Good luck everyone!

glassortwo Mon 28-Oct-13 20:18:00

No its the other way around.......I think grin the clocks went back so 12 that would really make it 1pm in real money..............I give up I have confused myself!

Tegan Mon 28-Oct-13 20:11:44

I'm getting up later and later each day smile. It was 12 today blush although maybe that was to do with the clocks changing, cause it was 11 [or should it be the other way round confused?]

glassortwo Mon 28-Oct-13 20:08:44
