wombat well done 2lb is a great, sorry the thread has been very slow this week but with all the worry over greatnan nobody can seem to settle to ordinary routine.
You have stayed the same mrshat but if you have things going on you are doing well to maintain, sending you a big {{{hug}}} its sounds like you need one, we are all here if you need a shoulder.
Managed to be ill and miss weigh in Tuesday this week Not overly hopeful , as whenever I am ill , I start thinking "you must eat something. You'll never get better otherwise" and wandering into the kitchen and nibbling . Have made an attempt to enter nibbles into mfp and it doesn't look too good ! Serious attempt to redress the balance now I am feeling better might get me back to normal next week .
My first week of trying to get back on track and apart from a popcorn shaped blip early on, I've enjoyed sticking to a healthier food intake. Really pleased to have lost 3lbs, and even though most of that is probably fluid loss, it's still a good number
No its the other way around.......I think the clocks went back so 12 that would really make it 1pm in real money..............I give up I have confused myself!
I'm getting up later and later each day . It was 12 today although maybe that was to do with the clocks changing, cause it was 11 [or should it be the other way round ?]
Well galen my prediction for Saturday was wrong any more takers?
wombat the thread runs from Monday to Sunday and everyone has a different weigh in day so you will see a stream of results as the week goes on, you are not alone there are a few of us trying to lose weight.
tegan give yourself a chance to adapt to your new regime, how's retirement going?
I'm not weighing myself at the moment, just going by the way my jeans feel when I put them on [ie can I breathe?]. OK; I'll be honest..I'm scared to....
Hello. I spend a lot of time lurking around the threads and have only made a few posts. Is there only me trying to lose weight as nobody has weighed in today.
